founder
Jean-Baptiste Quesnay
Jean-Baptiste Quesnay has built his entire career at the intersection of art, marketing and production. For more than fifteen years, he has brought artists, creatives and brands together around projects that combine artistic intent, brand strategy and execution.
His career includes founding an art and fashion magazine stocked at colette, followed by building an international creative agency that he led for nearly a decade. Across Paris, Tokyo and Dubai, he worked with brands on campaigns, collaborations, content and events.
Through these projects, he has built a strong international artistic network of painters, digital artists, photographers, designers, curators and production partners. It draws on lasting relationships and a working knowledge of the perspectives, practices and teams that can give an idea its form.
With Moon Above, he brings this experience and network to brands and places. Each brief leads to a considered talent selection and a specific artistic proposition. He develops the concept with the artists, brings the required expertise together and leads the project through delivery, considering formats, rights, budget and schedule.
His approach connects creative ambition with the project’s objectives: expressing an identity, building desirability, producing content or creating an experience. Audiences, uses and distribution inform the artistic proposition from the first conversation.

Nordine Bencheik
Nordine Bencheik has built his career around managing complex projects, strategic thinking and coordinating stakeholders. His experience has shaped an approach that combines ambition, rigour and practical judgement to turn ideas into tangible results.
He has led infrastructure projects within prestigious hotels and high-end private properties, in environments where discretion, precision and a firm grasp of constraints are essential. These experiences have strengthened his ability to balance demanding standards, partner coordination and quality of execution.
Drawn to art, aesthetics and the emotions a creative work can evoke, he is particularly interested in how an artwork can transform the perception of a place, tell a story or strengthen a brand’s identity. For him, art extends beyond decoration: it is a language capable of creating meaning, emotion and distinctive experiences.
At Moon Above, he brings his strategic perspective and project management experience to artistic projects. Alongside Jean-Baptiste Quesnay, he helps connect brands’ ambitions with artists’ visions, with a shared commitment to creating projects where creativity meets relevance, and where every artistic intervention has a considered place and purpose.
