Moon Above acts as art dealer or mandated intermediary on selected works.Members do not submit unsolicited artworks for distribution.
Access to artworks is not open, not public, and not exhaustive.
2. Availability & Allocation
All artworks are offered subject to availability.
Priority is determined by:
Membership tier (Principal > Collector > Access)
Speed of confirmation
Strategic alignment with the artwork
Moon Above reserves the right to allocate an artwork to a specific member when appropriate.
3. No Financial Advice
Moon Above does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
All artworks are presented as art opportunities, not financial instruments.
Members remain fully responsible for their acquisition decisions.
4. Confidentiality of Offers
All artwork offers are strictly confidential.
Information shared (pricing, availability, provenance summaries) must not be:
- Forwarded
- Published
- Used outside the Moon Above ecosystem
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension of access.
5. Transaction Process
When a member confirms interest:

4. Events, experiences & additional fees
Certain services and experiences may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to:
